We will discuss what we consider to be the ideal commander, and examine how we can draw inspiration from prominent commanders and leaders throughout history. We will continue with a visit to the Shutman House in Ein Harod/Hatzrot HaIkarim in Kfar Tavor and discuss leadership and pioneering today.

Through an experiential tour and interactive stations in the reconstructed camp, we will delve into issues such as finding a home, taking responsibility for building it, and choosing to return and immigrate to Israel. Visit to the Carmel Fire Disaster Memorial. During the tour, we will trace the actions of the security forces during the event – stories of heroism and courage, and difficult dilemmas in exercising judgment. We will learn about the heroism of those who fell in the disaster and discuss what gives people the strength to choose to serve and protect, even at the cost of their lives. We will visit the Druze Youth Center, the first Druze pre-military academy in Israel.

Visit to the Palmach House and a challenging workshop in Hayarkon Park. During the tour, we will explore the "spirit of the Palmach" and its relevance to the Israel Police today. We will examine the connection between camaraderie and cohesion within the unit and the execution of the mission, and we will conclude with a challenging and team-building workshop that practices the value of camaraderie among the participants and provides tools for strengthening the value of camaraderie among subordinates.

The lecture "Lil Tsiganeria – Suffering and Heroism in the Krakow Ghetto" presents the inspiring story of a group of young people from Zionist youth movements who were active in Krakow during the Holocaust.

The lecture offers participants an in-depth look at the experiences of Jews in Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, and Algeria during World War II—a historical reality that has been pushed out of the mainstream discourse surrounding Holocaust remembrance in Israel.

Identifying participants" strengths and clarifying how these are expressed in their roles, how they can be enhanced, learning from their successes and replicating them. The workshop is based on the "strengths circle" model as a framework for self-analysis and mutual recognition, and is based on individual and interpersonal work.

In this experiential workshop, we will discuss the place of camaraderie within the values of the Israel Police and the heritage of the Jewish defense force. We will highlight the place of this value in the unit today and understand how it can be practiced.
